We offer the 6-nights package, 5-nights package, 4-nights package and the 3-nights package, so you can choose between these four options. If you and your guests would like to come for 5 nights, please book the 5-nights package and indicate in the travel information that you and your guest will be arriving on Tuesday, 5th November 2024, ensure you land in India around 12:00 PM of the same day to avail your room check-in at the standard check-in time i.e. 2:00 PM. If you would like to come with your guest for only 3 or 2 nights, please book the 3-nights package and indicate in the travel information that you and your guests will be arriving on Thursday, 7th November, or Friday, 8th November, 2024. However, we recommend arriving no later than Wednesday, 6th November 2024, so that you can experience one Pre-Final and everything else we have in store for you during dance week.
6-nights package: Book this package for yourself and your guests to enjoy the full experience and offerings of the week, including various activities, exclusive dinners, and events like the two Pre-Finals, as well as the entire program of the Creator & Dancer's Hub, tailored specifically to the needs of creators, media, and dancers. We highly recommend the 6-nights option especially if there is a long journey involved with the trip.
3-nights package: Book this package for yourself and your guests if you want to focus on the main event and attend at least one Pre-Final.
After you have submitted your choice of packages by Wednesday, 31st July 2024, you will receive information about how many/which packages have been confirmed by Friday, 9th August 2024.

The +1 will not have access to the full program included in the package unless the country purchases an extra package for the +1. This means that the +1 cannot accompany the main guests to the events (except those open to the public) unless an extra package is purchased.

Flights should be scheduled to/from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM). Shuttle service to/from the host hotels will be available at the airport.
No, the travel booking to/from Mumbai must be made individually by the respective Country Managers. At a later stage, the travel data will be requested via our guest management system to ensure a smooth hospitality service on site in Mumbai.
Once arrived in Mumbai Airport (BOM), all the guests will receive an email with the details of their pickup service.
When arriving at the airport, a Red Bull representative welcomes the guests at the arrival gate and directs them to the shuttle.

The Creator & Dancer's Hub is a dedicated space created during the World Final Week within the dancer and Creator/Media Hotel, specifically designed to the needs of dancers and invited media/Creator. It provides a vibrant environment where the guests can gather, connect, and create unforgettable moments. The Hub offers various areas such as a hangout space, a focus area, different creative content spaces, and a workshop area. Throughout the entire week, there will be a program curated for dancers and Creator/Media, providing a unique Red Bull Dance Your Style experience.
Yes, there will be a program specifically created for Media and Creators. In addition to the offerings and activities in the Creator & Dancer's Hub, there will be additional activities and exclusive dinner options. We will share the details of the program prior to the event.
You and your guest will receive all necessary accreditations at the Red Bull hospitality desk in your hotel.
